Job Description
As a Recruitment Executive, you will play a crucial role in sourcing and attracting top talent for our clients. Your responsibilities will include:
- Sourcing and Screening: Utilize various sourcing channels (e.g., job boards, social media, referrals, databases) to identify potential candidates. Screen resumes and applications to shortlist qualified candidates based on job requirements.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule interviews with candidates and clients, ensuring timely communication and coordination.
- Candidate Assessment: Conduct initial phone interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate suitability, Assist in the interview process by providing relevant information and support.
- Onboarding: Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide exceptional service.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and market conditions to effectively recruit top talent.
