Job Description
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
- Coordinate and communicate effectively with internal teams for administrative support.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls.
- Maintain office files and records in an organized manner.
- Assist in scheduling appointments and meetings.
- Manage office supplies and inventory levels.
- Handle basic accounting tasks such as invoicing and expense tracking.
- Assist in preparing reports and presentations as required.
- Provide general administrative support to the team as needed.
Skills Required:
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
