Job Description

  • Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
  • Coordinate and communicate effectively with internal teams for administrative support.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls.
  • Maintain office files and records in an organized manner.
  • Assist in scheduling appointments and meetings.
  • Manage office supplies and inventory levels.
  • Handle basic accounting tasks such as invoicing and expense tracking.
  • Assist in preparing reports and presentations as required.
  • Provide general administrative support to the team as needed.

Skills Required:

  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
