Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive with 1-3 years of experience in sourcing and managing technology development projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of generating leads and securing projects through online portals such as Upwork, Freelancer, and other similar platforms, as well as through social media channels like LinkedIn Sales Navigator. The candidate will also be responsible for client communication and exploring new markets to promote Aim2Tech’s services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation: Identify and secure business opportunities from online portals (Upwork, Freelancer, etc.) and social media platforms (especially LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
  • Client Engagement: Maintain and manage smooth client coordination and communication via emails, chat, and calls.
  • Market Exploration: Research and explore new potential markets to promote the services offered by Aim2Tech.
  • Proposal Management: Prepare and present proposals to potential clients, ensuring all client requirements are met.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business targets.
  • Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster repeat business and referrals.
  • Market Analysis: Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Reporting: Provide regular reports on sales activities, progress, and market feedback to senior management.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Experience: 6 Month-2 years in business development, preferably within the technology consulting and development sector.
  • Proficiency in using online portals (Upwork, Freelancer, etc.) for project sourcing.
  • Skilled in lead generation through social media platforms, particularly LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent client coordination and relationship management abilities.
  • Ability to explore and penetrate new markets.
  • Proficient in preparing and delivering business proposals.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
